Description
HR Project and Processes Expert
Wizz Air is currently seeking a HR Project & Processes Expert, to join our Human Resources Organization. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the strategic objectives of the HR department and for managing multiple HR projects to improve processes and streamline service delivery. The ideal candidate must be able to interact and influence at multiple levels to identify needs and develop processes that streamline services.
Responsibilities:
* Project manage cross department HR initiatives involving system and process evaluations, process improvement, and technology improvement for HR Processes and systems
* Assemble the HR project team, assign roles, prioritize tasks, approve and prepare test scripts, analyze results, test any changes, decide on appropriate solution, and communicate results to necessary parties
* Drive project scope, budgets, information/data requests; lead workshops, create and coordinate final deliverables, and assist with presentation of results.
* Manage monthly Service level agreements, Key Performance Indicators, dashboard reporting and analysis, identifying trends and areas of concern, and any ad hoc reporting
* Work with functional owners on recommended processes or technology changes
* Work with HR leadership on Change Management and Communications
Requirements:
* College or University degree
* 2-3 years’ experience with multiple HR systems, workflow management, performance management, document management
* Capability to understand complex issues and procedures
* Proactive approach and positive, can-do attitude
* Strong communication, negotiation, influencing and relationship management skills
* Fluent English
* Experience in HR Shared Services and/or Services Centers is an advantage
