HR Operations Expert
(based in Budapest)
In this role the job holder will be responsible for quality and efficient HR operations, improving employee experience by providing support in relation to contracting, HR administration, taxation, calculation and payment of salaries. The jobholder acts as first point of contact for employee services matters on regional basis. The HR Operations Expert will report to the Employee Services Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Source of knowledge for the assigned countries: being the first point of contact for local partners, follow up on regulation changes, ensuring that changes be implemented
* Coordinating the preparation of employment contracts, contract modifications and terminations
* Responsible for the contract templates of the respective countries
* Supporting the entry and exit procedure
* Maintaining employee records and personal files, including the maintenance of HRIS database
* Providing support to all employees in payroll, labor administration, personal taxation and social security matters
* Cooperating with and controlling outsourced payroll partner
* Preparation of payroll inputs, control of payroll calculations
* Preparation of regular and ad hoc HR reports
* Cooperating with and controlling outsourced relocation partner, supervising ongoing relocation processes
* Taking part in complex HR projects, such as process improvements, HR system implementation and development
* Participating in company representation programs for newcomers
Requirements:
* College or University degree
* Work experience: 1-2 years in similar position
* Capability to understand complex issues and procedures
* Efficient problem solving
* Excellent English
* Good communication skills
* Outstanding coordination and organizational skills
* Good excel knowledge
* Empathy and customer focused attitude
* Attention to details, good with numbers
* Positive, can-do attitude
* Availability for occasional international travel
