Job Summary

   

This role will involve the management of all elements of the employee life cycle and require direct contact with each business unit to ensure there is alignment with the business strategy. The ideal candidate for this position will have solid HR experience in a high volume business and will be able to display strong commercial acumen. We are looking for an operational HR partner who will ensure full compliance and offer practical guidance and support to our management team. 

This role is a permanent , full time role based in Dublin Airport with responsibility of up to 1000 employees.

This role will suit a HR Administrator with 3 years+ experience looking to make the next step to their career.

 

 

 

Job Responsibilities

 

    • Ensure standard operating procedures within area of responsibility are observed
    • Management of the recruitment and selection process from initial approval to offer & onboarding
    • Keep up to date with regard to the organization’s collective agreements and individual employment contracts so as to ensure that they are applied in accordance with relevant regulations, laws, and the organization’s employment policies and standards
    • Ensure that ER issues are proactively managed and closed out in a timely manner
    • Responsibility for training and supporting managers on performance management processes and techniques
    • Delivery of training for all elements of HR processes
    • Collating and verifying HR Metrics for reporting
    • Supporting the HR team in Employment Law and best practice application.

Qualifications and Competencies
    • University Degree in Human Resources Management (HRM) or related subject
    • Minimum of 3 years HR experience in a high volume HR function.
    • Knowledge of Employment Law
    • Experience in a unionized environment an advantage but not essential.
    • Confident in advising and supporting management & HR team
    • Solid track record in dealing with ER issues
    • Professional and effective presentation skills
    • Proficient in all elements of Microsoft
    • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Demonstrated ability to innovate and support change
