Overview

ARI is a 1 billion turnover Global Travel Retail business with operations stretching from North America, Europe, Middle East and Australasia. ARI was the worlds’ first ever Travel Retail business. In 2017, the business launched a new strategy for the next 3 year period of growth. This new strategy requires the company to change organisation structures, systems, processes & procedures.

The HR Advisor role is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual seeking to build their HR career in a dynamic and challenging environment within the Global ARI HR team. He/she will be responsible for working with the ARI HR team to support the delivery of the global business strategy and associated change programmes and initiatives.

Qualifications

Degree in HR, Business Studies or related degree discipline

* Understanding of HR policy & processes
* Continuous improvement approach to work
* Strong customer service ethos, collaborative and some proven relationship skills
* Excellent attention to detail

* Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel skills, HR systems.
* Strong communication skills both in writing and verbally
* Excellent initiative. Proven ability to self-start and act on priorities in a complex and fast paced environment
* Flexibility to travel overseas as required
* Committed to company values

Responsibilities

*
Manage staff administration, including expatriate contract generation, assignment letters, database, work permit assistance etc

* Manage HR report compilation including monthly packs and steering committee report production.
* Administer and track performance appraisal process
* Ensure maintenance of clean HR data in all systems; run regular reports & track metrics
* Work to develop and standardise ARI HR policy, process & procedure
* Work with the broader daa HR team to adopt key processes across Centres of Expertise (COE’s)
* Work with the Global ARI HR team with key projects, initiatives and activities as required
* Support HR projects and initiatives as required e.g. GDPR, Employee Work Groups etc.
