In your role, you will:

- Achieve efficient and effective business processes using latest digital technology and tools in a coordinated and cost effective deployment method to drive increased profitability in line with the strategic plan.
- Be the custodians of the enterprise-wide processes,
- Drive improvements across end-to- end value streams,
- Establish and drive a gated process to manage the creation and deployment of BPM projects around the Company
- Work in close partnership with IT, Finance, all businesses and functional organizations, develop all associated training and change management requirements.
- Responsible to deploy a team of subject matter experts (SME) into Corporate and the business units, to develop the concept of “The lead and follower// copy, paste and adapt concept “
- Responsible for the effective deployment of AES 2.0 throughout all levels of the organization, including the communication, progression plan, training (train the trainer), processes, tools, governance of progress to plan and change management.
- Plan the creation of a digital team to define and deploy the next waves of our digitalization plan, the digital factory, Industry 4.0, team of experts with each Business Unit to implement the defined digitalization standards at Bombardier factories.
- Partner with 3rd party consultants one project at the time with risk and gain sharing concept.
- As the top Bombardier leader for the Productivity enterprise system provides direction, builds effective teams, drives for success, influences cross-BU and cross-function leadership, leads important changes and inspires trust and confidence.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You hold a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline
- You have ten (10) years+ experience in leadership positions in the Aerospace or related industry, in a multifunctional and technically complex integration environment
- You have a successful track record in large scale Productivity improvement working with a proven standardized approach.
- You hold strong people management and leadership qualities with an ability to mobilize and foster an environment of teamwork with cross-functional teams facilitating discussion and resolving issues to meet all objectives.
- You have to be data and process driven for the purpose to rest decisions on facts.
- You hold strong interpersonal, influencing skills in order to build consensus without formal authority at times.
- You have demonstrated implementation of large scale Continuous Improvement (CI) activities using industry lean and CI best practices
- You have the ability to work in a fast-pace environment.
