Ground Support Equipment Technician 50
Position description
The ground support department S/TMHP is responsible that all aircraft tools, equipment are available to the production S/TM and shall ensure that all tools, equipment and particularly test equipment, as appropriate, are controlled and calibrated.
Your Duties
* Responsible for the ground equipment within Maintenance Department
* Coordinate repairs, new constructions of tools and ground equipment for Zurich
* Maintain all ground equipment within Maintenance Department
* Perform inspections on ground equipment according to the schedule available in AMOS
* Perform independently repairs on ground equipment or tooling, or ensure that the repairs are performed outside of the company according to the regulation
* Perform daily, weekly and yearly checks on ground support equipment as required
* Perform monthly and yearly checks on cars
* Ensure that you perform your duties in the most cost-conscious manner
* Participate in the continuous improvement process via your superior
* Ensure that you act in a professional and responsible manner. Portraying a positive, flexible approach towards performing day-to-day business for the area which you are responsible
* Responsible for the oxygen/nitrogen bottles, organize the replacement when needed
Requirements
* Mechanical education or several years experience in a similar job
* Valid driving license category B with extension of permit to drive air-side
* Basic PC skills MS Windows
* AMOS Knowledge
* Good mechanical skills
