What are we doing?

The Product team are responsible for the physical and sensory elements of the guest experience throughout their on the ground journey. We achieve this by working with our partners across the business to teach, empower and inspire our frontline teams. About the role:

As a Ground Product Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing both design and product management as well as administration support to the Ground Product and Design team. This will involve the updating of design briefs, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and providing design input on small projects.

About you:

Your knowledge of design and construction processes combined with your demonstrated Archicad ability will be used in tight project design and delivery timeframes to succeed in an ever-changing environment. Along with your excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, your ability work under pressure and with accuracy, will see you excel in this role.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with experience in architectural/ building practice coordination and administration. You will have well-developed written and verbal communication skills to provide seamless support to a wide network of stakeholders.

This role requires a motivated individual and it would be beneficial to have a tertiary qualification equivalent to a Bachelor of Built Environment/Bachelor of Design.
