The Ground & Flight Test Engineer 2 will be responsible for coordinating and performing systems engineering test tasks associated with aircraft modification, modernization and maintenance. Will support the test effort required to integrate avionics, communications and ISR systems on multiple military platforms. Will support the development of test plans, test requirement flow down into test procedures and will perform System Operation and Verification Test (SOVT) for avionics, engines, communications systems and special missions. The primary work location for this position is in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
· BS degree with 2-4 years, AS with 6 years or HS/GED with 10 years experience
· DoD Secret clearance required
· Must possess a valid U.S. Passport
· Must understand basic electrical theory
· Must be proficient in utilization of electronics test equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital voltmeters, spectrum analyzers, RF signal generators, RF power meters, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Previously qualified as a Low Power Engine Run Operator on F/A-18 Hornet
· Experience handling COMSEC equipment
· Experience using IETM and Wire Illuminator to support maintenance and testing efforts
Expected to handle additional duties:
· Submitting documentation for configuration updates through configuration management database
· Coordinating procurement of needed support equipment through the U.S. Government
· Coordinating calibration of support equipment on program
· Managing COMSEC inventory
· Must be capable of reading and interpreting block diagrams, wire diagrams and circuit schematics to isolate component malfunctions
· Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project
