POSITION SUMMARY Flexjet, a luxury private jet travel provider, is currently seeking a Graphic Designer to assist with the execution of creative marketing and communication design needs within their in-house creative team, Studio One. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, innovative individual with 2-3 years of professional in-house and/or agency experience. The candidate must have a solid level of personal organization skills, strong attention to detail and possess the ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative and deadline-driven environment. The candidate must be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud with an emphasis on InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. This individual will work closely with the Senior Designer and Front-End Web Developer to create and work within creative marketing campaigns consisting of all aspects of print and digital mediums while maintaining consistency within the Flexjet brand guidelines. These areas include but are not limited to: direct mail, events, print advertising, email, banner ads and landing pages. This position will report directly to the Director of Global Marketing and Manager of Art. RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the Senior Designer in generating original 2D and 3D design solutions that adhere to brand guidelines
Maintain templates for collateral, direct mail and digital campaigns
Create concepts and prototypes, both 2D and 3D, in print and digital form
Update existing collateral, mailers, and other promotional items upon request
Create digital and print presentations for senior level executives (PowerPoint, boards)
Handle projects from brainstorming through execution, including utilizing a project management service on all stages of any given project
Manage multiple and competing work priorities (at least 5-6 projects at any given time), demands and changes
Deliver high quality design solutions at any budget
Work collaboratively with and assist fellow marketing team members on both small and large scale initiatives
Assist with setup of photo and video shoots (on a per-need basis)
Assist with day-to-day studio needs (organization, storage and cleanliness)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
BA/BFA/BS degree in design or similar field
2-3 years professional experience in print and digital design
Previous in-house experience preferred
Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office
Other beneficial areas:
Conceptual illustration and sketching
Previous experience with a project management service
DAM system utilization
Agency experience
General knowledge of CSS, Java Script and HTML5

Ability to maintain consistency across a wide variety of media
Excellent problem solving skills
Presentation design (PowerPoint and Keynote)
Advanced knowledge of production processes with a focus in print and digital (including preparing press-ready art files and working with multiple vendors)
Able to create and sustain short and long-term vendor relations (both domestically and internationally)
Understanding and adhering to brand guidelines with a high level of sensitivity
Ability to take criticism and creative direction from the Senior Designer, Manager of Art, Director of Global Marketing and Vice President of Global Marketing
Capable of presenting materials that effectively communicate design concepts to senior level positions and entire departments
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks to completion within established deadlines
Familiarity with designing for digitally-based marketing campaigns
Must be able to quickly obtain a high level of familiarity with Flexjet’s unique target audience and product line while determining best methods to reach them in an artistic way
Must be flexible and deadline oriented
Must be able to articulate creative ideas clearly
Must have the ability to work quickly, calmly, and under pressure while also contributing to team efforts through related marketing department projects as needed
