Overview

The Flight Operations Intern will work within the Flight Operations Department assisting with Training & Standards Curriculum Development, GCC & EOC Operations, Pilot Support, and the Chief Pilots’ Office.

Responsibilities

* Assist and develop knowledge base in Flight Operations Procedures, Training & Standards (MIATC):
* Manuals and Procedures Standardization
* Curriculum Development
* Aircrew Training
* Training Scheduling and Records
* Jepps Company Page and NG Station Guide updating and development
* Performance Engineerin

* Assist and develop knowledge base in Flight Ops and GCC (HDQ):
* Duty Pilot
* Crew Scheduling/Planning
* Flight Watcher Coordinators

* Assist and develop knowledge base in Flight Ops and EOC (CVG):
* Chief Pilots’ Office
* Pilot Support
* Dispatch
* Ramp Operations (DHL/Amazon)

Qualifications

* Enrolled in University/College Aviation Curriculum
* Must qualify as credited course
* Strong written, verbal and computer skills
* Proficient in the following software: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Suite (Acrobat Pro), Ability to learn new software
