Job Role:
Reporting to the Head of Crew Development the Flight Operations Development Analyst is responsible for the capture, analysis and reporting of a wide range of operational data relating to all Flight Operations activities. This vital position plays an important role in the continued development of the Jet2.com Crew workforce as we continue to grow.
You will create, implement and maintain effective data capture processes and reporting for projects as well as day to day activities. You will also analyse industry and company trends relating to Crew experience levels, career progression, flying hours, rosters and all other factors relating to Crew development. In addition, you will support senior management by providing valuable information and clear, consistent input to aid the business decision making process.
The successful candidate will have experience of capturing and analysing large amounts of technical and non-technical data, providing timely and accurate management information. You will ideally have experience within a Flight Operations enviroment and a good understanding of effective use of databases and reporting tools. You will have excellent IT skills and the ability to present technical data in a clear and informative way. Above all, you will be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Any experience with Tableau would be highly desirable.
