Your new role as First Host will see you be responsible for delivering a premium experience to Qantas’ passengers and continuously striving to create memorable moments for our customers. You will play an active role in the operation by overseeing the coordination and supervision of our ground handling agents and ensuring that on-time performance is achieved. You will be the front face of our Lounge reception and have responsibility for disruption management. This is a dynamic role for someone who prides themselves on their strong communication and exceptional problem solving skills.

You’ll have –

  • Demonstrated premium customer service experience – experience in a similar role with an airline would be considered highly advantageous
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible, proactive, with a ‘can do’ approach and superior problem solving skills
  • Exceptionally high standards of personal presentation
  • Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
  • Physical fitness including an ability to carry up to 28kg
  • Experience working with airline check in and ticketing systems would be considered highly advantageous
  • Unrestricted working and living rights for the UK

 Please note, a minimum of 3 years experience with a premium carrier is preferred.
