Join us as a Field Service Engineer and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in Newark, New Jersey.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the primary source of technical support at the site.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide technical direction for all maintenance, engineering, and repair activities for assigned subsystems;
- Track system reliability and provide proactive maintenance recommendations to reduce failure rates;
- Develop, deliver, and document appropriate technical training to technicians and other personnel;
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs for all site systems;
- Cooperate and support internal and external audits, provide technical support to improvements and upgrades of the system.
Qualifications
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree;
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience;
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
