European Business Development Manager

Oaklands Global are currently seeking a European Business Development Manager for one of their Global leading aviation clients. The role will be based all over Europe so the relevant candidate must be willing to travel.

Main responsibilities and duties:

 

·         Develop and coordinate strategies with the Group Management beneficial for the customer and the company.

·         Conduct market research to understand the business aircraft fleet across Europe.

·         Assist with drafting and delivering of proposals for target opportunities.

·         Identify new leads and establish relationships with potential customers

·         Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the Group Aircraft Management capabilities are reaching the target audience.

·         Consult with European AOCs for new opportunities and assist with the alignment of regional strategies.

·         Foster relationships with local business development managers and the local AOC Management teams.

·         Update and maintain the customer database and CRM system.

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

·         The relevant individual should have strong leadership skills and be able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced and highly-professional environment.

·         Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills are required. 

·         5-10 years of relevant experience in Aviation Business Development, Aircraft Management or in a similar role.

·         Must be aviation passionate and self-driven

·         Fluent English is mandatory but other languages are an advantage
