In your role, you will:

- Plan, execute audits, prepare reports and follow up on corrective actions.
- Assess of the adherence, efficiency, process ownership risk and quality management system process.
- Assess and prioritize the value and main risks facing Bombardier within the operations cells.
- Provide advice to management by bringing forward practical tips with added value in order to improve operational effectiveness.
- Perform inquiries / investigations.
- Take on strategic projects management.
- Act as process expert.
- Analyze process and systems changes.

In addition, the Auditor will actively participate in a challenging development program that will allow him/her to:

- Gain exposure to the Aerospace business through diverse operational and compliance mandates.
- Learn and develop his/her skills, particularly in the following areas: risk assessment, manufacturing operation management, change management and manufacturing and Achieving Excellence System.
- Enroll in a challenging training program adapted to individual needs.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You have a University degree in the following areas will be an asset: Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
- You hold 5 years professional experience in auditing in a manufacturing environment and this preferably in a large multinational.
- You have experience in the following areas will be an asset; project management, consulting, development of new product, customer service.
- You have a Professional designation as Auditor and certified AS9100/ISO 9101 from a recognized institution will be an asset.
- You are bilingual, English and French. The knowledge of a third language (Chinese or Spanish) would be an asset.
- You have a team spirit commitment, result-oriented and enthusiastic.
- You have excellent analytical skills and critical mindset.
- You have adaptability and flexibility skills.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and leadership potential.
- You have strong experience / software knowledge; Powerpoint, Word and Excel.
- You have creativity in problem-solving.
- You have excellent (verbal and written) communication skills.
- You are able to work co-operatively with management and people from different disciplines and cultures.
