About Your Job

As E-Commerce Support Coordinator, you will coordinate and update campaigns including website and all digital marketing assets.  Reporting to the Manager Direct Sales, you will support the implementation of a program of promotional offers and value-add propositions to achieve revenue, yield improvement and online penetration targets. You will take part in the implementation of communications plans online by identifying proper digital publications in the markets, interaction with online vendors to negotiate suitable rates, tracking of performance and monitoring of expenses including online marketing activity. You will increase relevant traffic flow and sales conversion by using viral, display, email marketing, social media and affiliate campaigns and ensure delivery of all campaign applications on time, to budget and to the highest standard.    

 

 

About You

You have a Trade or Vocational qualification with a minimum 4 years of job-related experience with 2 years in E-commerce/Digital marketing. You have knowledge of display, search, websites, Search Engine Optimization and online sales. You have exposure in coordinating digital campaigns and have knowledge of HTML, Content Management Systems and analytics.  Experience working for an airline or within the travel industry is a definite advantage.

We are looking for someone with the ability to work well under pressure that has good interpersonal skills and exceptional communication at all levels.  Fluency in the English language (written and oral) is an essential requirement and candidates who can speak, read and write Arabic would be an advantage.
