Reporting to the
Station Manager,
the Duty Manager is responsible for the day to day management of all Jet2.com flights and operations, overseeing team performance and ensuring high standards of service delivery so our customers receive a fantastic service at all times.Leading the operational teams at the airport, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our "On Time Performance" targets and the delivery of a VIP Customer experience. You will be responsible for managing Supervisor, Customer Helper and Sales Desk Teams, driving forward our safety first and customer focused culture at every opportunity whilst acting as an Ambassador for our company values. You will work closely with our service providers, airport and head office colleagues to ensure high standards of service. Working on a shift basis, this is a varied and fulfilling role with significant people and operational responsibility.The successful candidate will already be demonstrating Role Model behaviours. Strong Management or Supervisory experience, ideally within customer facing, airport operational environment, is essential for this role. With the ability to show flexibility and forward thinking in challenging operational situations, you will have experience of working with our service providers to deliver an effective and friendly service that meets the needs of customers.
