Job description

My client in Gloucester has an exciting position for a Product Support Engineer within Customer Services.

In this role you will report to the Product Support Engineering Manager within the Customer Services department. This is a key role in supporting internal and external customers, with associated activities to improve the flexibility of my client offerings and speed to get solutions to the Airline issues.

You would be responsible for the development of On-wing repair schemes, project management of Technical Events and communication of technical information to the customer via our Customer Support Network. Communication can range from answering queries via or call me on.
