Key Requirement for the Position Provides administrative support to department HODs, tally actual versus budget, process invoices, staff
claims and maintain records
Job Description 1. Supports departmental HODs administratively at head office level
2. Maintains daily and monthly reports
3.Actual monthly costs compilation for various departments, preparing monthly business update presentation for ASA, CC & Training
4. Assists GM Airside Operations with invoice processing for GHAs, computing debit notes, ensuring receipt of statutory compliance statements and submit approved invoices to Finance for effecting payment
5. Makes SAP entries and process other related work for Purchase Orders. Coordinate with Procurement
6. Collates station-specific data as required from time to time
7. Arranges departmental meetings
8. Files submission of various claims of staff, mobile bills, ordering stationery and other requirements
9.Regular follow-ups for with individual stations for information and settlement of payments with Finance
10. Maintains record of completed Transit Cleaning Reports
