Then we look forward to receiving your application! For our customer Airbus Operations GmbH we are looking for a Customer Order Manager in Hamburg.

Task description
•    Coordination between the customer and the Airbus spare parts ordering process
•    Contact person for all questions regarding the ordering process
•    Management of the complete customer order including initial order, sourcing, complaints and delivery tracking
•    Ensuring punctual delivery of all spare parts for Airbus customers worldwide
•    Analysis of delays and implementation of remedial measures

Requirements
•    Completed studies in the fields of business administration, supply chain/logistics or industrial engineering
•    Several years of professional experience in supply chain/logistics, purchasing, customer service as well as in disposition/material procurement
•    Experienced handling of SAP MM and SAP PP
•    Negotiable English and advanced German skills
•    Knowledge of Chinese or Russian advantageous
•    Willingness to work shifts
•    English curriculum vitae required
