Reporting to the Crew Training Supervisor, the Crew Records Coordinator is responsible for maintaining up to date and accurate Crew Records for all Pilots and Cabin Crew, ensuring all required information is available to the Crew Training Team at all times. This role helps to ensure that the most accurate information relating to vital items such as Crew licenses and flying approvals are kept fully up to date and in line with Jet2.com Policies as well as Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) legislation.
The Crew Records Coordinator will input a wide range of details relating to Jet2.com Crew into the digital record keeping system, verifying its accuracy and ensuring updates are made in a timely manner. You will prepare files for new joiners and proactively work towards the collection and upload of all relevant documentation, including monitoring expiry dates where relevant. The Crew Records Coordinator will also assist with the regular internal auditing of Crew records to identify any out of date or incorrect documentation.
The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work with high volumes of technical data. You will have experience using digital record keeping systems, with a logical, methodical approach. Additionally, you will have excellent time management skills and the ability to work accurately and quickly.
