About The Job

This job is a member of the Marketing Insights, Analytics, and CRM Team within the Marketing & Loyalty Division. This position will be responsible coordinating and supporting CRM & Loyalty marketing programs.

Specifically, you’ll do the following:

* Coordinate and develop tactical campaign briefs for Loyalty campaigns based on program plans and strategies, including planning internal channel placements.

* Work directly with internal and external creative support teams to develop creative and coordinate feedback from internal stakeholders

* Serve as the key point of contact with the CRM team and other marketing channel owners for Loyalty specific campaign reporting

* Serve as the key point of contact with the CRM team to identify timing strategies for Loyalty and CRM messaging

* Work directly with Customer Insights and Marketing Insights to gather Loyalty campaign performance learnings and make recommendations for future audience targeting strategies

* Provide campaign trafficking and tagging support as needed

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED equivalency

* 1-2 years of marketing experience

* Strong planning and project management skills

* Self-starter with problem-solving skills

* Ability to understand key business problems and translate into marketing solutions

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Marketing, Business Administration, Communications)

* Microsoft Office experience

* Loyalty program experience

* Familiarity with Go-To-Market process
