Job Role:
Continuous Improvement Director to drive continuous improvement and performance in a hands on capacity based in Buckinghamshire
You will lead by role model behaviour and embed a Continuous Improvement culture through SOF, Lean and Six Sigma tools and training. Supporting site CI Teams to deliver continuous improvement strategy, building and maintaining a functional community.
General responsibilities of Continuous Improvement Director
· Understand strategic plan deployment and current state and desired future state KPIs
· Create project charters for performance enhancing improvement projects
· Promote enhanced performance through Implementation Plans
· Maintain competency in business to support improvements and problem solving via induction training material and SOF/CI material
· Drive the effective use of RCPS
· Support Operations and Supplier Management Council
· Provide Production Systems expertise to CBOS deployment
· Depth of experience in driving change within Production/Operations
· SOF experience across all disciplines
· Able to influence and solicit buy in from wide range of sectors, business units and stakeholders
· Able to train, mentor, and coach individuals on tool use and CI objectives
