Morson are currently looking to recruit an experienced machine shop Inspector for on of our leading motorsport clients.

You will be responsible for the efficient inspection and verification of components, to ensure adherence to specification, in accordance with defined procedures and priorities.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Efficient use of inspection equipment to validate dimensional, mechanical and visual characteristics of components against drawing specifications.
* Strict adherence to drawings, defined operating procedures and work instructions.
* Flexible approach to working in order to achieve lead times, within a fast paced environment
* Working within defined Health and Safety guidelines.



Candidate Profile


Experience of the following would be beneficial:
* Experience in the use of SAP.
* PCDMIS programming and Klingenberg experience

The successful candidate will be computer literate with a practical approach, have a strong understanding of engineering drawings and will be conscientious with a keen eye for detail as accuracy is paramount. You will also have an HNC/ONC.

The role will be working double day shifts (06:00 -14:30 and 14:00 - 22:30)

Ideally our client would like to take someone on a fixed term contract but may consider straight contract role, rates TBC.
