CESA: Program Manager (T55

Relentlessly delivers on all commitments to Integrated Program Team, suppliers, and customers. Identifies risks/ opportunities for programs and acts to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities at the program level. Recognized ability to share knowledge, best practices and encouraging team members to learn and challenge their capabilities. Works with teams a tall levels to uncover barriers and identify improvement action plans. Responsible for managing Program Management talent inside of programs. Coaches and mentors Project Managers. Green Belt Certified. Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement through team participation and results. Uses enabling tools in daily work to improve results. Assimilates data and information and directs the organization and fellow leadership team to improve project performance. Data includes both atom data (metrics) and complex parametric data that provides indication of current as well as predicted project state. Ability to analysis projects/programs, and engineering organizations to architect the PMO infrastructure and team for ease of process, communications, workflow, and metrics rollup. Ability to complete work scope for T55 UK and India engines. Ability to assist Quality and Engineering for components and T55 engines for Service Bulletins, MOD’s and adding to SAP system. Knowledgeable on SAP system to complete work scope and Summary reports requirements.

Position Scope:

Constant interface with suppliers and customers. Communication is most frequently with program team, with regular updates to Program Management leaders. Drive Program Management Excellence across entire program. Ability to influence several teams, communicating business vision, goals and objectives.

Key Success Factors:

To be completed during the job posting process. Ability to meet customer KPI’s.

Development of SOW/contract requirements for new contract onT55 engines. Meet business goals for AOP/TAT/OTTR.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent writing and communication skills for a variety of audiences. Demonstrates key project communication skill requirements including negotiation, customer presentations, and effective listening.

*

Demonstrated skills with SAP system

*

Knowledge of shop process for strip down / build of T55 engines and components.

*

Technically proficient on manuals/drawings/SB’s for T55 engine.

Experience and Education:

BS / BA Engineering, Sciences, or In lieu of formal education, 10 years of directly related experience on T55 engines.

Leadership Experience managing teams. Preferred cross-functional and business experiences.

Technical experience on T55 engines.
