Cargo Customer Service Agent Ready Reserve

The Cargo Customer Service position handles incoming customer cargo calls which typically include tracking and tracing cargo and selling cargo space on our planes. You will be providing sales and excellent customer service to all of our customers and will work to manage and obtain new business. You must practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures. .

This position is a great way to get your foot in the door to our organization. Many of our managers started in this role and have grown with us while being able to go to amazing places through our worldwide travel privileges.
