Qualifications

SunExpress is looking for a Business Analyst based in Antalya headquarter who will support airline functions with technology solutions.
* Deep understanding of IT world with application development, project management, vendor management, quality assurance, infrastructure, maintenance and support,
* At least 3 years of experience in Business Analyst role for technology domain,
* Experience in airline or travel industry is considered a strong asset,
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management disciplines,
* International CBAP or PMP certifications is desired,
* Excellent command of written and spoken English,
* Analytical, precise, and autonomous,
* Male candidates should have no military obligations.

Job Description

Responsibilities:
* Developing and managing business relationships with business units and senior leaders across the organization,
* Having an end-to-end view and deep understanding of overall business processes,
* Working with business partners to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs,
* Proactively identify opportunities, propose solutions to relevant parties and drive implementation of solutions to meet strategic goals,
* Integrating business and technology to lower costs, strengthen customer satisfaction and increase revenue,
* Being able to build strong relationship & trust across both internal organisations and external partners,
* Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues,
* Negotiates contracts, manages relationships, and monitors vendor performance against SLAs.
