Primary Responsibilities:

* Manages various FP&A analyses for the Boeing programs portfolio.
* Preparation, oversight and review of FP&A-related monthly forecasts and performance, annual business plans and monthly LE (Latest Estimate) updates.
* Prepares annual business plans and longer-term strategic plans for the Boeing programs portfolio.
* Plans, forecasts and compares program and portfolio level statements of income and cash flow, and the associated balance sheets.
* Prepares, consolidates, analyzes and documents financial data used to summarize and measure status, evaluation of business plans, identification of variances and forecasts results.
* Provides financial and cost reporting in support of high visibility metrics such as senior leadership forecast reviews, program performance reviews, cost reduction reviews and other various corporate reporting reviews.
* Partners with program and senior leadership in support of long-term financial strategy by constructing and analyzing financial models for various projects.
* Formulates and leads process/system improvements through Continuous Improvement events, introducing new methods and approaches, establishing best practices, and managing standard work.
* May be asked to lead a project team, or multiple smaller project teams, or leads a functional team, or unit in area of expertise.
* Supports ad hoc requests from internal and external customers.
* Interacts with and supports internal/external auditors as needed.

Qualification: Basic Qualifications:
* Comfortable with large sets of data and performing data mining.
* Strong excel skills and ability to diagnose and reverse engineer formulas and files.
* Strong presentation skills and ability to explain program complexities.
* Ability to manage the successful completion of tasks to meet deadlines and milestones in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work with all staffing levels of the company.
* Strong problem-solving skills as well as business writing and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master of Arts/Master of Science with 2+ years related experience is preferred.
Knowledge of SAP system or other ERP system
Education:
* Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science with 4+ years related experience is required.
* Master of Arts/Master of Science with 2+ years related experience is preferred.
