First Officer Boeing 737 – Type rated
EASA ATPL or CPL License (frozen ATPL)
EASA Medical Class 1
Minimum 500 hours on B737-300/800
Preferably 1,500 hours total time
150 hours within the last 12 months
ELP level 5 or higher
No criminal record or accident
Have the legal right to live and work in Norway and the EU
Fluent in English and one of the Scandinavian languages or Finish (as applicable)
First Officers Boeing 737 - Non-type rated
EASA ATPL or CPL License (frozen ATPL)
EASA Medical Class 1
Minimum 500 hours jet or turboprop airline experience
Preferably 1,500 hours total time
150 hours within the last 12 months
ELP level 5 or higher
No criminal record or accident
Have the legal right to live and work in Norway and the EU
Fluent in English and one of the Scandinavian languages or Finish (as applicable)"
Training cost bond
Pilots with no previous Boieng 737 experience will have a training cost bond for the first three years.

The recruitment process
"The first step is to fill out and submit your application. You will then receive an email confirming the receipt of your application. In addition, you will be sent an invitation to do four online tests. Your application will not be further processed until you have completed the online assessments. Therefore, please complete the online tests as soon as possible.
Under the section ""Attachments” we would like you to upload copies of your updated resume/CV, your flight crew license, your passport and a picture of you, as well as any other document you believe would be of benefit in the assessment of your application.
Applicants fulfilling the requirements will be contacted via email. The screening process could further include interviews, simulator assessments and background checks including contacting referees.
With the large amount of applications we receive, it may take long time until you proceed to the next step. Please note that it is an ongoing recruitment process. Interviews and simulator assessments will be ongoing throughout the year.
