Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

This entry-level position is responsible for administering benefits for 9,000 benefit eligible employees. Responsibilities include monitoring all employees’ benefits, benefit administration, data entry, letter generation, communication with employees, managers, insurance carriers, and collecting and gathering necessary information. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

* Ability to work independently, set and meet own deadlines
* Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
* Associate’s Degree or higher

Preferred Qualifications:

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Work Environment:

* Standard office environment. Use of computers and other office equipment

Physical Requirements:

* Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
