Qualitair are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager forSPECTO Aerospace, located at Lelystad-Airport and Airbase Woensdrecht. This is a specialist in the field of repairing and spraying of composite (aircraft and helicopter) components. SPECTO can repair almost all composite and composite / metal components used on Business Jets and commercial and military planes and helicopters.

The job:
The successful candidate will help existing customers, follow up leads and from that position new customers and to collect assignments. As Sales Manager you are responsible for the planned development of the current markets.

In a commercial role they will also visit clients at home and abroad on a regular basis and you develop with that the relationship.

They identify trends and gather market and competitors information and translate these into an improved approach within SPECTO. Within the Marketing & Sales team you participate in the daily quotation process, you ensure a timely response to incoming repair requests (RFQs).

Gross pay is 4500EUR monthly, subject to experience.
A company car is provided, as will as pension provisions.

You will be....
*An enthusiastic, open attitude
*Approx. 5 years of commercial experience (aviation is an advantage);
*In addition to the Dutch language, you have an excellent command of the English language in word and writing (other languages are one
*pre);
*An entrepreneurial mentality;
*Analytical thinking;
*Knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word & Excel (Dynamics Navision is an advantage);
