Changi Airport Group (CAG) is looking for a creative, independent, and self-motivated candidate who is able to apply a strategic lens in identifying relevant opportunities that can enhance the employee experience. The candidate shall possess strength and interest in active listening, behavioural trendspotting, and relationship building (with both internal and external stakeholders); which are paramount to the work in People Experience.



You will join the People Experience team in shaping the culture and creating meaningful moments at work for the members of our CAG family.You share our passionate belief that the workplace should be an experience in itself. You will drive and implement organizational development (OD) initiatives, which include co-developing OD and change management strategies, delivering effective change management communications, planning and implementing employee engagement initiatives/campaigns.



You are also part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team, whereby you will plan and run specific philanthropic programmes supported by Changi Foundation, the philanthropic arm of CAG. You will also get to design and manage campaigns targeted at building environmental consciousness in CAG and the airport community.

You will need to demonstrate good understanding of ground sentiments, and be able to synthesize and harness key insights in the process of translating OD objectives into engagement strategies and/or relevant communication messages, for purposes of shaping culture, mindsets, and behaviours.



This portfolio provides opportunities for you to lead projects independently, as well as contribute and support other team members in the plethora of people-centric initiatives. Your scope of work entails a combination of project planning, execution, ground operations, and administrative works.



Job Requirements:


Good Degree in Human Resource Management, Communications, Marketing, Business Studies, or other related disciplines
Prior work experience in Human Resource, or Internal/Corporate communications fields preferred
Competency in Microsoft Office software such as MS Word, Excel & Power Point is required
Competency in video-editing tools, and design software will be an added advantage
Meticulous and resourceful
Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to able to multi-task, and manage stress/challenges
Willing to experiment, and learns quickly from both successes and failures
Passion and flair for creative (i.e. competency in visual/graphic design and communications), as well as editorial works (i.e. writing/content development, and video production).
