Position: Assistant Manager - Partnerships

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

Role & Responsibilities:

* Conceptualize and negotiate specialized and innovative partnerships with brands to generate revenue and gain strong foothold in the market
* (For Example, partnerships with Credit Cards like Amex, Citibank, HDFC; Travel and Hospitality Partners Such as Uber/Hertz or Taj)
* Creating and implementing monthly marketing plan for partnerships and managing a strong relationship with clients with effective ROI- partnerships
* Grow and build market; capitalize new opportunities; manage projects, and execute end to end marketing campaigns with focus on ROI
* Partner and work on alliances with key banks, wallets and other financial institutions
* Work closely with internal stakeholders and cross functional teams to ensure right implementation of various marketing projects
* Work with external agencies on various advertisement revenue opportunities

Skills & Attributes:

* Understanding of conventional and new channels of marketing
* Communication – verbal, written and presentation skills
* Networking -Facilitation & cross functional group moderation
* strong IT skills covering MS Office systems, sales systems
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Strategic and analytical thinker
* Mediation & Negotiation
* Ability to work without supervision
