This position will play a key role in bringing our new F&B vision to life and help make F&B a brand differentiator for Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon. With a passion for food and customer, the position holder will be responsible for designing the new F&B proposition and managing food and beverage projects across inflight and lounges. He/she will use customer insights to define, design and deliver the new F&B proposition working with a diverse range of stakeholders. He/she will also use insights and work with delivery partners to continously improve the F&B experience. With an innovative, can-do attitude, he/she will embrace change and challenge the norm to help deliver a unique dining experience.

Key responsibilities

* Support the design and development of the new F&B proposition across inflight and lounges using customer insights

* Manage projects that bring the new F&B proposition to life

* Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure the new F&B proposition is deliverable and commercially sustainable

* Responsible for design, define and monitor ‘measures of success’ for new F&B concepts

* Initiate continuous improvement with key stakeholders using insights

* Assist in development of training, marketing and communication materials to support new F&B proposition

* Develop strategy to enhance alignment and synergy between inflight and lounge F&B proposition for best overall satisfaction and cost effectiveness

* Responsible for designing service ware for all inflight cabins and lounges

Requirements

* Holder of Higher Diploma and above in Culinary, Hospitality, Hotel & Catering Management would be advantageous

* 5+ years of work experience and background of Customer Experience in an airline or F&B skills gained in airline catering, hotel or restaurants will be highly regarded

* Understanding of Customer Experience and passion for F&B

* Expertise project management and presentation skills

* Excellent research and analytical experience with good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to manage a range of stakeholders

* Strong planning and organisation skills and be able to work independently.

* Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel

* Command of spoken English and strong in written/verbal communication
