Position Description:

Serves as a logistics plans specialist to develop, adapt, modify, coordinate and implement APS-3 operation plans (OPLAN)

and contingency plans (CONPLAN). Analyzes government and agency documents to insure plans are in accordance

with established guidance. Determines usage factors for indirect material based on research and analysis of automated

issue and consumption data to include past history files and current information gathered from functional and production

control personnel. Develops, reviews and evaluates logistics plans and requirements for continuity, completeness and

methodology. Coordinates the integration of emerging doctrine, systems and support requirements into OPLAN and/or

CONPLAN development. Participates in the planning, coordination, direction, evaluation, and implementation of logistical

actions in support of the projects/programs between ASLAC, Program Manager (PM), DPM and Managers. Coordinates

with government and KBRwyle staff to develop and execute objectives, goals, tasks and methods of logistics support for

mission accomplishment.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Business Administration or technically related discipline and 2 years of progressive experience related to DoD maintenance, transportation or logistics operations. In lieu of formal education 5 years military and work experience will be considered.

Additional qualifications sought:

• Lean Six Sigma Certification is highly desirable

• Knowledge of Port Operations a plus

• Knowledge of ammunition supporting operations a plus

• Strong written and oral presentation skills

• Strong oral communication skills

• Possess a valid State Motor Vehicle Operator License

• U.S. Citizen

• Must obtain and maintain local base access

• Must be able to obtain and maintain Common Access Card (CAC) requirements
