Overview
Managing the Sales and Exchange of Commercial Aircraft Spares to a defined Customer base via Contractual, ADHOC and Bombardier AOG Support.
Responsibilities
Management of Customer Requirements
* Quantum Interrogation
* Market Research
* Quoting in accordance with company policy and procedures (Quotes must be check before sending)
Customer Order Management
* Quantum Processing including the raising of contacts (to be checked by the Senior/ TL)
* Liaising with other team members to facilitate on time delivery
* Exchange Order Management
* Execution of “General Terms Agreements”, Exchange & Loan Agreements
* Liaising with vendor workshops and relaying updates to Bombardier
Customer Service and Interface
* Communication & interface with Customers / Vendors whilst on shift
* Exceeding Customer Expectation and Company standards at every opportunity
* Management of the AJW portal under Senior/ TL supervision
* Management of JIRA ticketing system under Senior/ TL supervision
* Any other role requested and deemed necessary by the AOG Managers
Person Specification
* Relevant and demonstrable experience in a customer services function.
* High degree of customer focus – both internal and external.
* Highly motivated with a capability to handle demanding workload that requires accuracy and attention to detail.
* Proven ability to solve problems promptly and effectively with Senior or TL assistance and guidance.
* Proven interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word.
* Proven commitment and ability to maintain a positive professional attitude in stressful and demanding situations.
* Willingness to be flexible
* Be able to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern on days or nights
