Role Purpose

Responsible for developing and implementing Codeshare/SPA strategies with our existing airline partners with the objective of maximizing revenue. He/she will negotiate and be the central liaison person with our codeshare/SPA airline partners.

Key Accountability

* Responsible for managing the overall relationship with our existing bilateral and codeshare partners. • Act as the central liaison between Malaysia Airlines and our airline partners and coordinate all Alliance related activities within the Malaysia Airlines Group.

* Conduct regular reviews on partner performance to identify shortcomings and potential opportunities. Ensure all Codeshare/SPA deliverable are delivered.

* Formulate, negotiate and drive initiatives that maximize the benefits to the customer and our partnership agreement. Flag issues and provide recommendations to the management team in a timely manner.

* Organize and prepare for Alliance Partnership meetings. Support the evaluation, negotiation and implementation of new partnerships.

* Conduct data analysis and regular performance reviews of key bilateral, codeshare and SPA partners to identify shortcomings and potential opportunities. Recommend proposals/solutions to interline issues.

* Analyze, negotiate, formulate, implement, distribute and maintain SPA, Codeshare, Joint Venture and other interline agreements.

* Coordinate and support codeshare and interline meeting preparation. Participate in interline cooperation related projects and studies.

* Liaise with interline counterparts and internal parties to resolve interline disputes.

Qualification & Experience

Degree in Business Administration, or Financial with 3 years related airline experience preferably in a Commercial function
