About The Job

​​​This job is a member of the International & Cargo Team within the Customer Experience Division. This position will be responsible for controlling the supply of cargo space on flights originating in Miami and Latin America.

Specifically, you’ll do the following:

* ​Analyzes forecasting, booking trends and available space in a market

* Overbooks flights and utilizes that knowledge in making revenue and service-maximizing decisions for their flights

* Works closely with Cargo Sales and Cargo Operations managers from all over the world

* Monitors and understands market and seasonal trends in freight traffic and seek opportunities to maximize revenue and protect operational performance by adjusting capacity as needed

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

* ​​​Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training

* ​Ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for process design and controls, as well as the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into concise presentations, insights, and recommendations

* Knowledge of Excel and/or Access

* Knowledge of Freight Sabre, Inventory Bridge (IMB) and CREX

* Ability to display high levels of personal initiative and thrive in a fast-paced team environment

Preferred Qualifications

* ​3 years experience in air cargo/inventory/yield/revenue management roles
