Electrical Design Engineer to design and analyze military and commercial analog electronics equipment for undersea acoustic sensors. Responsibilities will include working with other engineers (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Test, Manufacturing, and Quality) to design, analyze, and test hardware. This engineer will be responsible for designing analog electronics for hull-mounted arrays and towed arrays.

This position requires the ability and willingness to obtain a security clearance. Occasional travel may be required.
Basic Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in industry with
• Proficiency with electrical engineering design experience
• Proficiency in troubleshooting of electrical circuitry

Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Desired Skills:
The ideal candidate will have experience with
• Low noise analog design and analysis
• Voltage regulation
• Power supply design
• Power conditioning
• Analog Circuit Card Assembly design and analysis
• Proficiency in SPICE-based circuit simulation tools.
• Designing electronics for acoustic sensors
• Acoustic systems analysis
• Power over Ethernet
• DC/DC conversion
• Sensing and control
• Phase Locked Loop design
Experience in mixed signal design & A/D conversion, as well as MATLAB experience is also desirable.
