Aviation Labour Group has a fantastic opportunity for Aircraft Engineers (Mechanical / Structures) with extensive experience in Turboprop aircraft types, to work for our aviation client based in Nelson, New Zealand. Our client is an industry leader, with a well-established reputation worldwide. This opportunity will give the successful candidates a great credential to add onto their profiles.

Starting as soon as possible on an independent contractor scheme, the initial duration of this contract is of 5 months approximately, with the possibility of an extension. Competitive industry rates are offered.

To be considered, you will possess the following attributes:

• Relevant Aircraft Engineer qualifications (Mechanical / Structures) recognised in New Zealand
• Strong experience in and sound knowledge of heavy and/or line maintenance of turboprop aircraft types, notably ATR72 AND DASH 8 Q300
• Willingness to undergo a security clearance process
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to fulfil rostered shifts with commitment
• Full working rights in New Zealand
• Willingness to be based in Nelson for the duration of the contract and potential extension.
