We have been commissioned by a premier Executive Jet operator to source an Aircraft on Ground (AOG) Coordinator on a permanent basis for their facility based in Cambridge.

 

The main responsibility for an AOG Coordinator is to support our worldwide managed and subcontracted fleet covering 24/7/365 in order to return the aircraft to an airworthy condition as efficiently as possible. The AOG Co-ordinator will also play a vital role in the day to day activities of our CAMO.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Arrange AOG support from OEM and maintenance providers worldwide to support the Groups aircraft
  • Use of Computer Aided Maintenance Program (CAMP) and Computerised Maintenance Program (CMP) for defect reporting and work order generation for AOG, short and long term maintenance Planning requirements;
  • Understand regulatory and company policies in order to ensure aircraft maintenance has been carried out correctly;
  • Assist with the management, control and tracking of Tech Log page defects, Hold Item List (Deferred Defects) and Cabin Defect Log entries;
  • Perform workpack review, and ‘live CRS/RTS‘ data entry is performed accurately, archieving and responsible for ensuring the maintenance tracking tool (CAMP, CMP) respective work order is up to date at the time of CRS/RTS; Support the Technical Service Engineers with line maintenance tasks as required;
  • Review Certificate of Release to Service documentation during office and out of hours, and to support the Technical Service Engineers;
  • Any other ad hoc projects and tasks as required by your Line Manager;
  • There are no managerial Tasks required for this job role other than the ability to self-motivate & self-manage the work load whilst being resourceful; 
  • Representing the CAMO Department when both in and out of the office with integrity and professionalism.
  • A variation of shift patterns will be required, including coverage of other team members, with coverage for the operation 24/7/365.

 

Experience and Qualifications required:

 

  • Part M familiarisation training
  • EWIS, FTS, SMS and HF Training
  • Maintenance planning
  • Part 145 experience
  • AOG support engineer
  • Maintrol experience
  • Recognised Apprenticeship, training scheme or Aeronautical Degree, or equivalent experience would be desirable
