Protec technical requires for immediate start a number of Aircraft Maintenance planners for long term UK based contracts.

Main responsibilities include:
Build A & B check aircraft specific project schedules prior to the aircraft 30-day pre-input meeting
Update the aircraft specific project schedules to include all additional items identified in the aircraft maintenance SOW, post 30 day pre-input meeting
Maintenance of in use aircraft specific project schedules Update and amend the aircraft specific plan throughout the maintenance event
Capture, from the Operations department, the information required to update and amend the project schedule
Capture from other departments and stakeholders the information required to update and amend the project schedule
Implement configuration control of the project schedule Creating & distribution of project schedule derived reports
Creation & maintenance of aircraft specific electronic front page
Assisting with ensuring Demand Capacity tool is maintained and current
Assist in project management activities as requested. Carry out additional tasking as requested by the STM management
Inputting & monitoring of TRT requests
Ensuring compliance with all applicable Client procedures, HR/Admin, Finance, SHE Technical Standards and other requirements

Essential competencies

Planning within an aircraft maintenance role
Proficient and experienced in the use of MS Project and Excel
Verbal and written communication skills
Completed Production Scheduler - Fitter training syllabus
Health and Safety (British Safety Council Level 2)
Generic aircraft project schedules are in place and current.
Aircraft specific project schedule are maintained and up to date
On time distribution of reports
