Air X Charter Limited is a leading private jet chartering company headquartered in Malta. Due to their continuous growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Charter Sales Executive to join their Sales team.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Building a portfolio of clients through various communication tools
• Creating Air X brand awareness and generating new business leads
• Developing a good understanding of aircraft we use
• Managing private jet charter bookings from start to finish
• Keeping an eye on operational restrictions
• Flight watching / overseeing flight departures
• Supplier relationship management
• Data management (FOS and Avinode)
• Achieving monthly and annual targets (individual & team)


Skills & Experience:

• Aircraft charter brokering or Aviation & Sales experience
• Ambitious, driven, and self-motivated
• Confidence in developing relationships with clients and suppliers
• Exceptional communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and negotiations skills
• Fluency in English; a second language is an advantage
• Excellent IT skills, willingness to learn our in-house systems
• Ability to thrive working under pressure
• Determination to achieve results and exceed goals
• A hard-working team player
• Accurate data entry, with an attention to detail
