Chevron Technical Services are currently recruiting for an Administrator to cover 12 month maternity leave based in our Manchester office. Full time, hours of work are Monday to Thursday 07.00 am to 4.00pm Friday 07.00am to 1.00 pm

Responsibilities include: 

  • Answering enquiries in person, by phone and by email
  • Sending and receiving customers quotes
  • Verifying and scanning job cards
  • Load Sales Order
  • Monthly check of Sales
  • Ensure staff are logging onto jobs using bespoke software
  • Assisting in other departments when required at busy times

 

Person Specification

  • Understanding or interest in the Aviation industry would be desirable
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A professional and friendly attitude and a customer focused personality
  • Proactive, confident, Self-starter
  • Effective interpersonal skills, adaptable to all levels of the organisation
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative
