Accounts Receivable Assistant

The part you’ll play

An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Receivable Assistant to support the A/R manager in processing of day to day data.

You will be responsible for:

* Liaise with operations staff in each of the states which include, MEL, SYD, BNE, PER, AKL with regards to Hermes invoice queries, obtaining approvals and raising credits

* Data input into SUN for daily banking spreadsheets for all states

* Sort and assist with distribution of weekly invoices and monthly statements

* Update currency rates into Hermes

* Filing and archiving of accounts receivable
