Accounting Analyst

The incumbent will be responsible for the accounting analyst, the billing of telecommunication-related services and the reconciliation of variances.

Responsibilities

* Prepare monthly invoices for all services related to telecommunications, network management and the internet as well as establish specific invoicing for each entity;

* Prepare monthly analysis of billings for all telecommunication, network and internet providers. Update and adjust billing at the lowest cost;

* Enter all purchase orders (DA) required for the entire IT department;

* Using our management tool, receive orders and add to inventory using processes in place;

* Update monthly results while ensuring the accuracy of financial information;

* Update spreadsheet of prepaid expenses and monthly accruals.

Requirements

* DEC in administration/accounting, Bachelor’s degree, an asset;

* Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in accounting;

* Excellent knowledge of Excel;

* Knowledge of SAP, an asset;

* Bilingual (French and English) both oral and written;

* Good organizational skills, professionalism and initiative.
