Our client: We are very proud to represent West Air, a well-established low cost airline presently undertaking a very rapid growth in its fleet. Based in a very pleasant part of China, these are some of the best paying jobs in the region and the very best choice of working arrangements: 3 weeks on / one week off; 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off; 15 days on / 15 days off or 10 consecutive off days p.m., all allowing a comfortable life + work balance for the pilot.
The candidates: Captains with current A-320 type ratings with minimum of 3,000 hours total time and 500+ hours P.I.C. on type.
The terms: on offer in brief are:
3 years renewable contracts.
Up to $21,000 p.m. basic after tax ( depending on work pattern)

- Annual bonus is paid in CNY directly by the Airline
SAFETY BONUS:
US$10,000 paid annually.

TRAVAL ALLOWANCE:
US$10,000 international travel allowance per annum which will be paid by the Hirer at 6 months interval
PAID SICK LEAVE: 7 Days a year.
ACCOMMODATION AT BASE
- The pilot shall be responsible for his own accommodation and ground transport when at home base.
- The Hirer has pilot accommodation available and such accommodation can be provided upon request and standard rental payment. Crew transport is available from Hirer’s pilot accommodation.
TRAINING PERIOD:
- The training period is the time required by the Hirer to process paperwork and obtain legal documents
before the Pilot can start flight duty, also for the pilot to receive ground training and line training.
This period shall not exceed 90 calendar days unless delay occurs due to the reasons of the Pilot.
- Fee payable during this period will be 80% of full captain service fee according to the Pilot’s chosen roster pattern.
- Overtime or shortfall on block hours occurred during this period, the payments or deductions will be 80% of the specified rates.
DISCOUNT TICKETS: Unlimited ID75 standby economy class tickets within Hainan Airlines and West Air
Domestic networks for pilot and family members, airport tax and fuel surcharges are payable by pilot.
Unlimited jump seat within Hainan Airlines and West Air networks for pilot.
