The Safety Manager is the focal point and is responsible for the development of administration and maintenance of an effective safety management system.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitates identification of safety and environmental risks and promotes reduction or elimination of potential accidents, occupational injuries, illnesses, deaths and safety-related financial losses.
• Conducts safety assistance visits and training to ensure implementation of and compliance with safety directives.
• Develops the Aviation Emergency Response Plan and ensures that it is communicated to all officials concerned.
• Support on safety & compliance audits.
