STS Technical Services is hiring Warehouse Workers in Indianapolis, Indiana!

Position Scope / Purpose:

* The Purpose of this job is to maintain an organized understanding of returned units in a central warehouse location for Dixie Chopper. These units will be re sold to dealers who have retained a working relationship with the company. Duties and responsibilities Identify Mowers by condition, there are three mower conditions that we grade “A” “B” and “C”.

* The person awarded this position will be taught this grading scale.

* Mowers will be laid out on a daily basis and stacked 2 high on top of one another in their respective crates.

* Pictures of each unit and their serial number, as well as a picture of the unit (More pictures if it is in bad condition), should be taken. Once pictures of the mower condition and the serial number have been taken, the information about each mower must be transferred to a note pad for further review Each mower that has had pictures taken and information recorded will receive 2 stickers. These 2 stickers will contain the condition grade, as well as the date the mower was audited.

* Employee will be responsible for occasionally crating mowers that came back uncrated.

* Once all mowers for the day have been audited (Photos, notes etc), each crate must have all of the “Quality Hold” decals removed before the forklift operator places them back into respective piles. Working conditions This job takes place in an active warehouse environment. Employee will be responsible for his/her safety on the job.

Physical Requirements:

* This job is physically demanding and requires the participant to remain on their feet most of the day as well as be able to climb crates and lift 50 pounds.
