Overview
To follow correct procedures to ensure the efficient inspection of aircraft parts ensuring that all orders are correct and meet the customer’s requirements on night and day shift.
Responsibilities
*
To inspect incoming and outgoing aircraft parts to the highest possible standard
* To ensure all paperwork is correct and meet the requirements of the order
* To prepare aircraft parts and paperwork for shipment
* To ensure the work area is kept clean and tidy in accordance with Health and Safety standards
* To book in Purchase and Repair Orders where required
* Packing of parts
* Performing Goods In and Out duties whilst on shift
* Continuing with work from the day shift when not handling AOG shipments
* Work 4 on 4 off AOG 12 hour shifts as laid out by the AOG Manager
Person Specification
* Good customer services experience
* Strong Excel and Outlook skills with strong attention to detail
* Good communication / negotiation skills
* Flexible aproach to work duties
